This was a very peaceful time for the artist and he painted very few paintings in 1982. he loved the sea, Saint Tropez where he had a home and loved to go.
A painting of the Port of Saint Tropez sold for over 1.2 million Dollars at auction in 2021. A photo cetrtificate accompanies this painting and will be included in the forth coming catalogue raisonne. This painting will be featured in our annual exhibition for Bernard Buffet, entitled......."Now 25 Years Later".
