A unique, medium to large scale exotic landscape and portrait painting with vivid colours and details. The painting style shows influences from the post-impressionists and fauvists, yet is undeniably contemporary, with an up-beat flamboyant character. Soffietti’s works have secrets, and hint at an interior world within the picture frame. It is her wonderfully palpable painting style and bold colour choices that makes the 2D picture world seem more real than our very own.
