Original oil on wooden oak panel of a traditional figural landscape of an incoming storm with figures fishing in the foreground. No visible signature. Condition is excellent. Wonderful period gilded frame in fine condition. The painting is most likely of British origin. Joseph Sartor Galleries label verso. Overall framed measurements are 34.75 by 45.5 inches. Provenance: A Long Island, New York collector.
