Sune Blomquist, born in 1919 in Njurunda, Västernorrland, died in 1989, representing a Swedish artist.
Blomquist studied by Isaac Grünewald's painting school from 1944 to 1946. Separately, he debuted with a show in Sundsvall in 1946. He was in group exhibitions in Sundsvall and in some group exhibitions in Stockholm. His art consists of lyrical landscapes and illustrations for weeklies. Sundsvall Museum presented in 2011 a memorial exhibition of Blomquist's art and curator Barbro Björk has compiled a booklet about Sune Blomquist.
