Fabulous oil painting of a Parisian side street market.
The thick mottled brush technique implies that it's a rainy day in Paris; or perhaps it's just the expressive brush movement which adds a sense of depth to the large oil painting.
Appreciate the lovely detail of the flower stalls, showing a burst of colour throughout the landscape, and the architecture in the background. I imagine there is a perfect little bistro around the corner from this featured street, where you can escape the rain and settle in for the perfect afternoon of coq au vin and a few glasses of champagne.
