About the Item
When I go out I stop at places where I can see scenes that I like for some reason. I am usually struck by the effect of the light in that place at that moment, or by the composition that a particular scene suggests to me. or because of the composition that a particular scene suggests to me. On this occasion I was in a café in Rome having a drink at a table in front of where this scene is captured. where this scene is captured. The elegance of the figure immediately caught my attention and I saw a series of very current elements that help to give testimony of what we have nowadays. As usual, we all take refuge in the intimacy of our phones. This woman at that moment was sending messages and although the mobile phone is not the main element of the scene, it is a good example the main element of the scene, it is well explained in the painting that she is using it at the moment of the at the moment of capture. The scene takes place outside, but there are elements of the landscape that have been suppressed so that the figure concentrates the attention of the scene.
