With her new "TOUCH ME DONUTS" you can actually feel the sprinkles and the icing. It is like nothing you have seen before. You can move you fingers across the donuts on the canvas and touch and feel the Donuts. We have included some close up images so that you can see the textures in the art but the best thing is to actually touch the canvas in person. This is the very first "Touch Me Donuts" that Candice CMC has created. Using a proprietary pigment combination in the printing that creates the remarkable artwork.

This large 68"x54" photo arrangement on canvas titled "Touch Me Donuts Cruella" by Candice CMC features a unique donut created image inspired by the 2021 Disney film "Cruella" staring Emma Stone.. In this work of art, Candice CMC uses hundreds of her photographs of donuts to create this portrait. She is able to capture the look and feel of the character Cruella just by using donuts. She is an expert at figuring out how to position each donut to achieve the look needed to create the realistic feeling in the portrait. Canvas size is 68x54" and, once again the "Touch Me" effect is outstanding. This is the very first in the Touch Me style that Candice has created.
By photographing hundreds of enticing donuts in varying flavors and colors and using them as her palette, Candice has created iconic portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Einstein, Alfred E. Neuman, Van Gogh, and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, among others. Composing these complex portraits, Candice is forging a unique style of photography and creating unique, one of a kind, works of art. The art is created to appear as a pop art image of hundreds of random donuts and when viewed through your camera or from a distance, you see the iconic realistic portrait appear.
Candice CMC's art has been featured in prestigious Art Fairs in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Santa Fe and San Francisco as well as many distinguished galleries worldwide. This past winter she had her first museum exhibition in Florida. Her unique art hangs in numerous corporate and private collections.

Candice CMC
At a distance, the portraits created by Candice CMC are merely Pop art-informed depictions of iconic celebrities and tributes to the work of revered artists such as Picasso and Vermeer. A closer look, however, reveals a careful arrangement of sweets and delicious treats. The New York-based artist’s pieces are made up of hundreds of sharply focused images of everyone’s favorite coffee accompaniment: doughnuts.
In what could be considered doughnut Pointillism with a meticulous approach reminiscent of Chuck Close’s work, each pastry in Candice CMC’s portraits is photographed separately and then studied for its color, tone and intensity. The artist then places each image in an evenly spaced grid to make up the desired portrait.
Some of Candice CMC's large-scale compositions include images of over 1,000 doughnuts with glazes, sprinkles, frosting and other tantalizing toppings. Over the years, she has focused on a wide range of subjects such as Albert Einstein, Marylin Monroe, Batman villain the Joker and Vincent van Gogh.
Candice CMC’s work has been presented at fairs and galleries around the United States, including Claude’s Gallery in Southampton, Art Market Hamptons and the White Room Gallery in Bridgehampton. Her work is held in corporate and private collections all over the world.
