About the Item

' Morocco Street ' Limited Edition, Signed Oversize Archival Pigment print Huge and exquisite, intensely vivid Archival Pigment print - signed and numbered by photographer on front - this paper size - edition of 5 only. Huge 60x40 inches paper size. Fine Art photograph of Man walking past Berber carpets for sale on display in the street, Marrakesh, Morocco About Tim Graham : TIM GRAHAM spent many years travelling extensively around the world photographing the travels and state visits of the British Royal Family. Those travels took him to over a hundred countries with privileged access to photograph the best that each country presented for the Royal visitor: renowned sights, festivals, feats of horsemanship, folk dances, durbars, parades, tribal gatherings and local people in colourful national costumes. There were opportunities, too, to capture insightful photographs of everyday scenes of people and places. These images now form an extensive archive of impressive cultural and travel images. For twenty years Tim worked in partnership with the legendary photo agency, Sygma, and then in turn with Corbis and Getty Images who handled worldwide syndication of his photographs. Getty Images acquired ownership of his Royal Archive to form part of their world-renowned Hulton Archive in 2008. Tim now devotes all his time to taking travel and stock images. His photography is of landscapes, people and the natural world, along with subjects that are always in the news: environment, energy, pollution, population, resources, and waste, among them. His most recent trips have been to China, USA, Ireland, France, Norway, India, Bavaria and Spain and he continually photographs within the UK. 1 male, 1 man, African, Best foot forward, Bright, Carpets, Carrying, Clothes, Color, Commonwealth, Countries, Cultural Tradition, Dishdashas, Dishdashs, Displayed, Forward, Handwoven carpets, Handwoven rugs, Hanging, Maghreb, Markings, Moroccan culture, Native dress, North Africa, One man, Oriental, Persian, Persons, Selling, Shopping, Striding, Trade, Traders, Traditional, Traditional costume, adults, colours, displays, full length, full-length, heritage, horizontal, ladders, local culture, merchandise, merchandising, one male, patterns, pavements, people, red, rugs, sidewalks, sights, sites, stock image, stock images, stock photo, stock photograph, stock photographs, stock photography, stock photos, stores, strolling, tourism, tourist, trading, traditions, travel destination, travel destinations, travel photo, travel photograph, travel photographs, travel photography, travel photos, travel stock, travels, walking, world culture, North African, Africa, Magreb, Tim Graham, Tim Graham Prints Collection

Laundromat, 1980 Archival pigment print 30 x 40 inches, edition of 10 40 x 60 inches, edition of 10 Signed and numbered Robert Farber’s style has influenced generations of photographers. His painterly, impressionistic style captures the essence of composition in every genre, including nudes, still life, landscapes and architecture. His ten photo art books have sold over half a million copies. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis brought Farber into Doubleday for the publication of his book “By The Sea,” which won the Art Director’s Award for color photography. Aside from numerous creative awards, Robert Farber also received the Photographer of the Year from PMA (Photographic Manufacturers Association), ASP International Award from the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and The American Society of Photographers. This award was given to those who’ve made a significant contribution to the science and art of photography. Some previous recipients of this award include Dr. Edwin Land (inventor of the Polaroid), George Hurrell, and National Geographic. Farber’s work with nudes in fine art as well as in the commercial realm is known and respected. He has lectured for Ogilvy & Mather on the “Nude in Advertising.” ASMP requested to use Farber’s nudes as an examples of the artistic application in support of the National Endowment of Arts, after its backing of the controversial Mapplethorpe/Serrano exhibit. His book, “Farber Nudes,” was also included the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis estate...
