About the Item

Dadaist is, without a doubt, the scene illuminated by a bonfire in some place of the Corsican bush. The creators of the image has an interest in the fantastic, the dreamlike and the ritual. Born with a name invented by her father for a novel in which she is the heroine, Yanieb’s childhood was very diffe- rent from that of children her age. She followed her parents, actors, to performances and theatrical rehearsals. Her education is based mainly on the observation of nature. She enjoyed complete freedom in an artistic and cultural environment disconnected from traditional social codes. Extremely sensitive, she intensely felt the outside world, which she endured without always being able to understand it. From a very young age she expressed herself through drawing, which was her best friend and her means of expressing what she understood about the outside world. At 18 she went through a difficult period. Alienated from the world around her, overwhelmed by her own emotions, she sought her own way, not always able to distinguish between the rational and the irrational. However, she instincti- vely understands that that sensitivity, that difference, those emotions make her what she is and what she wants to be and live. It is natural that she decides to dedicate herself to artistic activities to express and share her world and her emotions. She received a scholarship to study at the best art schools in Mexico, and has exhibited her work in numerous museums in Mexico, France and Europe. Living in France since 2013, Yanieb Fabre combines video, dance and drawing, approaching visual arts as an intuitive mechanism to communicate impulses and express her moods and passions in a very obsessive way. Her work is linked to nature , desire and his fascination with the animal origins of humanity. Inspired by ancient myths, in the manner of a shaman, Ella Yanieb explores and gives free rein to her imagination in a poetic and dreamlike delirium in which she transmits her own vision of the spiritual manifestation of nature.

Miguel Milló builds complex compositions in which painting, sculpture, and the play of light and shadow combine to create subtle and poetic atmospheres. In his images, the human being is a metaphor for the fertile land from which life springs; an overflowing life, full of throbbing. It can be said that the nude bodies are blank canvases that the artist intervenes with mud and pigments, to later cover them with simple or complex compositions of plants, earth, roots, leaves, flowers, and fruits. This gives life to his final work, through the masterful handling of light sources and shadows that provide volume and movement to the creation captured through his magic eye...
