Shared meals with friends and family throughout Europe and America celebrate intimacy and culture in today’s frenetic, always-connected lifestyle.
"Confabulate" took place while desserting with my nearly 80-year old aunt and her friends in a quaint Grecian village. Since my last visit, this was my first time observing their initiation into the mobile-phone world. At least for this moment, these human bastions were distracted by local, hand-baked traditional sweets (from the only bakery in-town) during afternoon tea.
