Hemlines had gone up 2" and the public wanted to know why. Models pictured here were Americans working in Paris. Cynthia Peters, middle, wears a "sexy slip-dress called Nuit Blanche"("sleepless night.") Image size is 10" x 10" (for 11" x 17" paper size).
