This beautiful work, a classic Art Deco portfolio published posthumously, would sadly be the
last work of the extraodinary design genius of Benedictus. These fifteen plates feature forty-two motifs in which the artist draws on geometric shapes to create natural forms of flora and fauna to produce unique and arresting patterns meant for textile and wallpaper designs.
The resulting sumptuous compositions were produced in a spectrum of vivid pochoir color by the master Jean Saudé.
