ABOUT THIS PIECE: I based Little Nell on the spectrum of colors found in nature at different times of the day and the four seasons in Aspen, Colorado. Little Nell is a reflection of the cool tones in the Aspen winter and spring and warmer colors in the fall and summer. It's also a nod to the Bauhaus color theory and homage to Herbert Bayer, a Aspen local.
ABOUT THIS ARTIST: Nicole Yates is a painter and digital designer from Portland, Oregon. She believes art enriches living spaces through an aesthetic drawn from the natural and digital worlds. At home and in the office, Nicole is inspired by the colors that surround us-the architecture, outdoors, travel, food and wine-as well as emerging trends in digital advertising and design.
PACKAGING: 30x40" and 40x60" prints are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed 30x40" prints are shipped via FedEx in a bespoke cardboard box with a fitted interior armature for the frame. We do not frame the extra large, 40x60" print sizes because they are too large to ship without risking damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship unframed prints internationally via DHL. The international shipping cost does not include the tax & duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost we do not ship framed prints internationally at this time.
