Published by the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, and printed by Drukkerij Luii & Co., this piece reproduces the 1964 painting in the museum's collection. Referenced on page 292 (#App.5) of "The Prints of Roy Lichtenstein," this is only panel 3 of the triptych and not the full set of 3 panels.
