(53.34 cm x 66.04 cm), Description: Stepping across a frozen, snow-covered river, the Native American couple carries the result of a successful hunt with them. Most likely a beaver, the animal is carried by a long pole hanging off of the back of the man's horse. The woman carries the couple's child in a cradleboard covered by a thick blanket wrapping them both.
