Original poster: II FESTIVAL MELODIA DE LA COSTA VERDE, 1961.
This image for the second music festival held in Gijon, a city in north-western Spain. Located on the coast of the Cantabrian Sea in the Bay of Bicay.
COSTA VERDE MELODY FESTIVAL, Costa Verde Melody Festival held in Gijón (Asturias). The last Music Festival of Gijon was the summer of 1964. This festival was a time of live music and notable success. Provincial, city councils, personalities of politics and culture at the national level were involved in the fabulous event. It should be noted that this second festival (the 1st was rained out) was a success, and other stations joined its broadcast, reason why everything foretold that the Costa Verde Melodies Festival would continue its upward march and promote the name of Gijón and Asturias, which, after all, was its main objective.
What makes this a magical poster is a large seahorse with the music notes. A suitable original vintage poster for any room in your home. Children friendly.

- Condition:This original Spanish poster Melodia dee la Costa Verde is linen backed and in very good condition. There are a couple of spots on the letter "G". The poster has a partial name of Gall. but we are unable to obtain a bio without the full name.
