"Le bataillon de Loire Inférieure s'étant bien comporté devant l'ennemi,
Il sera accordé à chaque homme une paire de sabots."
("The battalion of Loire Inférieure having behaved well before the enemy,
Each man will be granted a pair of wooden shoes.")
