This spectacular chromolithograph by the English illustrator and painter Charles Green (1842-1909) shows the clown and his performing troupe of talented dogs in a circus tent with a large audience enjoying the show. The coloring and the mood is particularly powerful. In good condition with two original folds, one down the center and the other on the mid right side. This print is glued down. Published by the Graphic Summer Supplement. paper size 16 x 22.75 image size 11.75 x 17.50
