Charles-Joseph Traviès de Villers (1804- 1859) was a Swiss-born French artist, lithographer, and caricaturist, his artworks appeared in Le Charivari and La Caricature. His Panthéon Musical was very famous and well-known also reproduced musical caricatures of the 19th century.
