Mario Grenville made this print for the publishing program of Associated American Artists. It was issued in 1945 making it a calm antidote to the ending of World War II, although it was probably conceived earlier, during the War. The edition was 250 although it doesn't seem to come up that often; the AAA reference is Windisch & Cole 676. It is signed in pencil.
