Excerpted from the folio (translated from French), The present lithographies were rendered to shoot from Picasso by Marcel Salinas, painter-lithographer. The draw has been limited to 250 examples, numbered from 1 to 250. Lithographies bearing a number preceded by the letter ‘a’ are intended for distribution in the U.S.A. PABLO PICASSO (1881-1973) Spanish painter and sculptor is one of the most recognized figures of twentieth century art. Each change embodied a radical idea, and might be said that Picasso lived several artistic lifetimes.
