Medium: original etching. This impression on Canson et Montgolfier wove paper was printed in 1937 in an edition of 500 for the "Paris 1937" portfolio. Printed at the atelier of Jean-Gabriel Daragnes, this art and literary album celebrated Paris in 1937, with original etchings from important artists of the time, and essays from leading writers. Image size: 6 1/2 x 10 inches (170 x 250 mm). There is printed text beneath the etching and on the back side, as published (see the second photo). Signed in the plate (not hand-signed).
