Marine Nationale. Artist: Evan. Size: 24.5" x 39". This is an original vintage military poster backed with archival linen. It is in very good to excellent condition and ready to frame. There is no paper loss, no fold. A few indistinguishable touch up dots in the blue right side and bottom.
Original, linen-backed MARINE NATIONALE (French Navy) poster. In the foreground are 3 small fishing boats looking out to see a large military ship floating offshore. In the far background, you can see the cranes at a shipping port. This poster promotes the French Navy. Created in the mid-20th century, it features a vibrant color palette blending blues and greens, evoking the maritime theme.
