GUSTAVE BAUMANN (1881 -1971) MORNING IN MEXICO 1934-36 (Chamberlain 143: Baumann 107) Color woodcut, 2nd version after Baumann discarded the first blocks. This version 1936. Signed and numbered in pencil II - 9 /125. With Baumann's hand and heart stamp. Image 13 x 13 ¼”, sheet 14 ¼ x 16 7/8. Very good impression. Thin bit of brown tape along the right and top margin edges. Some slight ripples along the sheet edges, ACCENTUATED BY THE OBLIQUE LIGHTING.. Some slight toning to the sheet.
