About the Item
Moses Oley drew an industrial scene, but one very much in isolation. The quarry equipment looks both imposing and busy. There appears to be smoke coming from the steam shovel in the distance. But the quarry itself seems un-related to the surrounding country side.
Signed and titled in pencil. Issued in an edition of 25 by the NYC-WPA. With the WPA stamp.
