About the Item
Field, Sabra Johnson.(American, born 1935). FULL MOON. Color Woodcut, c. 1968. Edition of 50. Titled, numbered 37/50, and signed in pencil. 16 x 8 3/4 inches (image), 20 5/8 x 12 inches (sheet). Traces of masking tape along the edges, else in very good condition. Field's prints prior to her marriage and move to Vermont, were made in Connecticul, where she was born, and where she stucdied printmaking with Russell Limbach at Wesleyan University. These are signed "Sabra Johnson." Later prints are signed "Sabra Johnson Field."
