Frid’s most recent print at Shark’s Ink., "El Prisma en tus Manos", was inspired by her research and subsequent exhibition at the Biblioteca Francisco de Burgoa in Oaxaca, Mexico. The artist exhibited “codex” like books in which she simulated the worm holes and aged pages of the volumes in the library. Many of the images are based on rock illustrations from Ulysse Aldrovandi's book on minerals. "El Prisma en tus Manos" was included in this exhibition.
