Original antique newspaper advertising poster - The Weekly Telegraph On The Road - featuring an illustration of a smiling man in a long white coat, red scarf and boots sitting on a road reading the Weekly Telegraph paper with his glasses around one foot, a smoking pipe, his hat and bag further up the road with a car on the hill in the distance, the bold title text in stylised lettering on a red banner background above. Artwork by the notable artist John Hassall (1868-1948). Printed by Sir W.C. Leng & Co., London and Sheffield. Good condition, creasing, tears, staining.
