Original vintage World War Two home front poster issued to encourage people to buy war savings bonds and help win the war. Dramatic artwork by the notable British artist and illustrator Norman Wilkinson (1878-1971) depicting a military convoy of Royal Navy ships at sea flying flags with thick smoke rising from their funnels into the sky, the text on the side - War Savings Are Warships. Horizontal. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, staining, backed on linen.
