Original antique political election propaganda poster issued by the Liberal Party - Bad For The Quack Doctors - featuring an illustration of the statesman and Liberal politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1908 to 1916 Herbert Henry Asquith (1852-1928) handing out Old Age Pension papers and Cheap Sugar packages to an elderly couple and a young girl with the Conservative Party politician Henry Chaplin (1840-1923) and statesman Austen Chamberlain (1863-1937) as doctors holding a medical bag marked Tariff Reform with the text and conversation in quotes below - From The Westminster Gazette. Mr. Asquith: Here's an Old Age Pension for you old people and cheaper sugar for the little girl, and her brothers and sisters. The Tariff Reform Doctors (Mr. Chaplin and Mr. Austen Chamberlain): That's very awkward for us.
