Issued by the National Savings Committee London, the Scottish Savings Committee Edinburgh and the Ulster Savings Committee Belfast. Printed for H.M. Stationery Office by Fosh & Cross Ltd, London. Fair condition, folds, tears, creasing, paper losses on edges.
