Original vintage auto racing poster celebrating the Porsche Sportomatic win in the world's longest endurance motor race - the Marathon de la Route 84 Hours Nurburgring - from 22-26 August 1967 featuring a dynamic green tinted photograph of a number 46 racing car on the track against a black background with bold lettering above and below: Overall winner Hermann/Neerpasch/Elford with Porsche 911 Sportomatic (total distance 6150 miles, average 73.2mph) Porsche winning with the new Sportomatic. The Nurburgring circuit and motorsport complex is located in the town of Nurburg Germany; this endurance race event was held from 1967-1971. Large size. Good condition, restored paper losses and tears, paper bubbling on top, backed on linen.
