Roland Martin (born July 29, 1927 in Tuttlingen ) is a German sculptor .
As a 16-year-old Martin was used in 1943 as a Luftwaffenhelfer, towards the end of the war he was taken prisoner. From 1946 to 1951 he studied at the Bernstein School in Glatt with Hans Ludwig Pfeiffer and Paul Kälberer In 1950 he was for a short time at the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe, Field Office Freiburg in Freiburg im Breisgau with Wilhelm Gerstel, from 1951 to 1952 he was a student of Fritz Nuss.
Since 1952 Martin works as a freelance sculptor in Tuttlingen. Among his students is Jörg Bach.
While abstract reliefs and sculptures made of metal and aluminum date back to around 1980, Martin has been increasingly turning to human figures since the mid-1970s. In groups of figures social relationships are represented. The figures are cast in bronze , aluminum or Keramin.
In Baden-Württemberg alone, there are a total of 144 sculptures, fountains, steles, mosaics, glass windows and war memorials of Martin, he created more than 80 works for public space. In 2007, Martin was awarded the Culture Prize of the city of Tuttlingen. Martin is a member of the Artists Association of Baden -Württemberg and the German Artists Association , at whose annual exhibitions he participated several times between 1964 and 1975.

Hans-Jürgen Kleinhammes ( November 16, 1937 in Augsburg – August 2008 there) was a German painter and graphic artist.
He studied from 1959 to 1961 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden, from 1961 to 1965 at the State University of Fine Arts in Hamburg with Thiemann, Mavignier and Wunderlich. In 1966 he went to Paris for a year on a grant (“ Cité Internationale des Arts ”).
From the mid-1960s he developed his visual language, which was reduced to landscape fragments and signet-like abstraction. (“the representation is strongly objectified, but does not lack a surreal-poetic quality...”). He saw Caspar David Friedrich , René Magritte and Giogio de Chirico as his role models . From 1964 he titled his pictures with the term “New Landscape”, which he determined. At the same time, Werner Nöfer and Jens Lausen were working on a similar artistic program. In 1968 he was a co-founder of the CO-OP artists' cooperative Hamburg , which wanted to switch off the art market with several graphic portfolio editions (members included Bruno Bruni , Dizi, Klaus Geldmacher , Dieter Glasmacher , Ullrich Hohenhaus, Tomislav Laux, Ernst Mitzka, Werner Nöfer, Sigmar Polke , Anna Oppermann...
