About the Item
This sculpture of a cheetah is largely abstract in form but keeps the lines and proportions true to the anatomy of the animal. The stance, gait and sense of movement are all achieved by thorough research of a cheetah at the same time I introduced clean simplified surfaces and lines giving it a modern sculptural appearance.
the body is cast in bronze and gilded however the body can be patinated to the same mottled turquoise patina as the bronze base which is £900 less expensive than the gilded version. Both versions have a patinated bronze base that sits on a black wooden base.
