About the Item
An original conceptual hand carved and joined wood wall sculpture by Kevin Kegler.
This work is currently featured in the artist's solo exhibition inside The Corridors Gallery at Hotel Henry.
Kevin Kegler has been a visual artist and graphic designer for over 30 years. His paintings, sculpture, and constructions have been shown in galleries and museums throughout Western New York including the Albright Knox Art Gallery, Hallwalls, CEPA, Meibohm, Indigo, and Art Dialogue, as well as in the U.K., Germany, and China. His work was also featured in the 2009 and 2013 editions of Art in Craft Media at the Burchfield Penney.
Kegler received his BA from Buffalo State College in 1981 and his MA from the University at Buffaloin 1987 and is a professor of graphic design at Daemen College; he has also taught courses in London, England and Progresso Dos, Dominican Republic. He is active in his community and has served on several boards of non-profits in Western New York.
