This artwork was curated from a street banner from West Hollywood, advertising a photographic exhibition of memory and loss. I chose to weave the strips of vinyl to disrupt the imagery and shape it into a twisting form that is reminiscent of a pinwheel. This is mounted on a wood panel with a wire for easy hanging.
