Stoneware

This sculpture presents a captivating architectural abstraction, crafted with precision and poetic balance. Made from stoneware, it portrays a miniature world where geometry and emotion intersect. The composition features a series of staircases, arched windows, and doorways—familiar architectural forms that evoke the essence of a dwelling, yet arranged in a surreal, dream-like structure. The interplay of curves and straight lines, along with the textured surfaces and earthy tones, gives the work a tactile depth and quiet introspection. Each element seems to narrate a fragment of human existence—movement, passage, and memory—contained within the confines of a seemingly simple form. The work reflects a meditative exploration of space and belonging, where the “home” becomes both a physical and emotional construct, timeless and deeply personal.
