This beautiful bronze depicts a German Shepherd Dog searching for survivors after September 11. It could be one of any thousands of times German Shepherds or other breeds were used to rescue people during tragedies that occur around the world. These dogs jump into action and despite the horrific conditions they endure, they stay focused on their task of saving lives.
