During the course of life, each of us tries to find something valuable in the outside world. But there comes a moment when a person realizes that the real treasure is inside..... He admires its beauty, feels calm and happy. The pearl is the centerpiece of this sculpture. The minimalistic plasticity of the sculpture resembles a wave that draws our attention to the pearl.
Sve Gri is a multidisciplinary artist. Works in the technique of drawing, graphics and sculpture. Svetlana is driven by the desire to open the door little by little to the sensual living reality of this world. She loves to experiment, mastering new ways of self-knowledge and creativity. These two things influence each other, giving birth to something new. The image of this sculpture arose in her imagination of Svetlana thanks to her love to observe the silence within herself.

Sve Gri is a multidisciplinary artist. Works in the technique of drawing, graphics and sculpture. Svetlana loves to experiment, mastering new ways of self-knowledge and creativity. She is driven by the desire to open the door little by little to the sensual living reality of this world. She lives, learns and works in Lithuania (Vilnius) since 2012. Svetlana studied at the Art Academy in Vilnius at the Department of Ceramics. In 2022, her individual exhibition of ceramics "Inside a Dream" was held at the street branch of the Academy of Arts in Vilnius.

With this work I am talking about the state of a woman when she is connected to the natural source of her power, when she is light at heart. In this case, a woman's actions are filled with favorable energy. I have depicted this energy in the form of a white band that she weaves with her hands.
The work is made of white white clay with fine chamotte. The figure has a matte rough surface of cream color with white engobe flecks. The white band is tied with polyester thread. It is attached to the figure with a thin wire.

When I sculpted this sculpture of a woman, I wanted to convey the state of her openness. She enjoys the space around her and accepts any of its manifestations: sun, wind, rain, smells .. This woman is in a state of inner balance, she is happy. There is a small Swarovski crystal in the center of the chest.
I left the pink clay texture on purpose. Clay is also alive and breathes through its pores.
