About the Item

This pair of bronze sculptures of Atlas with Globe & Armillary Sphere are of high cast quality. Pairs have sold for over 700,000 Euro. Their condition is excellent for age and has very minor imperfections. The wooden pyramidal pedestals are included. These two bronze sculptures are of the French or Italian school from the 4th quarter of the 19th century. The bronze is 89 inches tall with pedestal and 50 inches tall without.
