Our Nature Collection is eclectic and incomplete. We will always be waiting for Nature's next inspiration. The coffee table from this collection is butterfly-inspired, and the console from the same collection is dragonfly-inspired. Their unique and delicate designs are considered as beautiful as sculptures. The legs can be made of polished brass or polished copper. The tabletop is a thick acrylic plate laser-cut in the butterfly shape and then hand-painted with gold or copper paint and gold or copper flakes to match the legs' colour. With its polished finish, this coffee table takes some time to manufacture because the hand-painting and polishing operations are very time-consuming and require several work steps for surface preparation. The brass will be varnished to protect it from patina. The Nature Coffee Table´s manufacturing process is time-consuming. It is handcrafted using carefully selected wood veneers, and many consider it a work of art. The Roots Collection also includes console tables, mirrors, desks, and screens. Each piece is handmade to order; we can manufacture it in endless combinations. This piece is entirely made in Portugal and artisanally by the author. Its manufacturing process is time-consuming because, among other complex operations, every wood insert is drawn, cut and fitted on the structure without the use of machinery. After the final wood shapes are ready, the tabletop is assembled and crafted using carefully selected wood veneers with natural patterns or a lacquered finish. The author carefully hand-selects the wood veneer leaves from a single tree for their precise grain and colouration. After that, he bookmatches them to achieve the best result in the piece.
