Oscar Pelosi More Prints
Oscar Pelosi was an Italian artist in February 1965 he inaugurated and directed in Naples (Vomero), with his brother Elio, the Gallery La Tavolozza, which soon became a meeting place for young artists, personalities of entertainment, music and Neapolitan cultures such as Ettore de Mura, Roberto Murolo and Nunzio Gallo is also frequented by the singer Memo Remigi and actor Carlo Dapporto. In 1966, at the age of 28, his first personal exhibition staged in the halls of the Palazzo Comunale of Torre del Greco, was met with great success by critics and the public. In 1969, his first important and significant personal exhibition was held at the Galleria La Tavolozza. Oscar Pelosi is one of the founders of the MAV Trends (Vomero Artistic Movement) and Enne 4 group together with his painter friends Mario Buonoconto, Vincenzo Cerino and Salvatore Vitagliano, presented in 1969 at the San Carlo Art Gallery in Naples.
