"Waiting" Pencil & Acrylic Painting 39" x 51" inch by Hend EL Falafly * Due to the Ministry of Culture policy + COVID situation, handling time (paperwork) may take up to 1-3 month. Concept: “ I still care about the woman in my work and the embodiment of her feelings, thoughts, dreams and hopes through my canvases and my pencils. She appears as the hero in my artistic work ; which actually reflect the reality of my life, and the fact that women have the finer qualities of beauty, tenderness and femininity. I have seen in women material fertile for study and drawing in repeated multiple positions, Through the body language, which is a fundamental element in my work and its effects on the emotional state, stressing through the colors, composition, lines and pencil direction. The exhibition works express a mystical view , I mean the spiritual direction, which is similar in meaning to the cases of asceticism that are expressed in some of the personalities of my artistic work, in its feelings that extend to the human dimension and drama sometimes. This is also shown in my choice of warm colors, and the keen sense of the movement in my work in terms of the repetitions as a future movement and spontaneous movement of brush on the surface of the canvas, as show in the work of the group of girls where intimacy and friendship is newly expressed. Through the body language i was able to express my message in the shortest way. It is a message that shows through movements, expressions, inuations ,facial expressions,hand & feet movemets ..etc And women are the most creatures that uses this language, there is no doubt that they can express the feelings that are buried in the way that I used in my work to show what a woman hides inside her and what she wants. My technique at this exhibition: I used the acrylic colors as a background on the canvas then painted it with pencils and wooden colors to show the details of my individual elements. I used warm colors, such as brown and yellow, with its derivatives, since each color inside the work has its own meanings, which greatly affects the feelings of the recipient. My style is characterized by symbolic realism, which is based on color symbolism as well as the movement and the butterfly element, which is evident in most of my work. ” Hend El Falafly. ABOUT THE ARTIST Born in Cairo 1979, I work and live in Cairo, I got a Bachelor of fine arts in 2001 cum laude with honors, "first in the college," worked demonstrator college Graphics Department in 2001, and ranged in functionality even function assistant professor , I practice the art since 18 years and you 12 solo exhibitions including: exhibition "The hidden beauty" safarKhan "Egypt" 2015 , "seven sins" art Sawa "Dubai" 2014, "The Silence of the strings" safarKhan "Egypt" 2013, "feelings" art Sawa "Dubai", Nicosia gallery (Cyprus), 2010, and an exhibition Center El gezera for the Arts, 2010, also participated more than 70 collective exhibitions inside and outside Egypt, as Exhibit Russia "Moscow" 2015, 2013 and an exhibition in Vienna Austria, 2010, and 2004, and in Italy Salon Jeddah 2008, 2010, also participated in the international and local workshops. The evolution of my work in the configuration of the overall composition, which depends on a range of vocabulary, to the formation of less simple and more influential, And study of individual cases of people living in the community and their personal relationships and social, And its effects on the situation confirmed to the emotional color, .composition, lines and trends pencils I have formed my style of body language in the technical focal point between what I want to say, and what I can offer to the recipient .through the movements and expressions of people in my artworks And has become the symbolic color in my art has always stressed on the position of expressionism and the emotional state of people and which .significantly affects the emotional state of the viewer My artistic style Mixed with realism which have a symbolic and .expressive at the same time.
