This antique silver tray is supported by three impressive volute scrolling feet. The underside of this impressive salver bears the retailer’s mark 'Mappin & Webb'. Condition This large antique salver is a superior gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. This sterling silver salver has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the underside are very clear; the hallmarks are deeply struck due to the superior gauge of silver. This exceptional antique George V sterling silver caddy spoon has a plain rounded bowl. The surface of the bowl and upper portion of the handle have a planished finish. The handle is embellished with a cast and applied panel depicting a rose bush with a paralleling rope twist decorated border. The handle terminal is further ornamented with a scalloped border. This impressive antique 1920s silver caddy spoon was crafted by the renowned silversmith Henry George Murphy; the full hallmarks incorporate Murphy's Falcon Studio mark. Condition This antique 1920s silver caddy spoon is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The cast and applied decoration is very sharp.
