This highly stylish Art Deco light fixture was handcrafted in France in the 1920s and the geometrical details in this perfectly symmetrical chandelier are an absolute joy to look at. The combination of the top quality bronze and the stunning art glass shades with the stylized flower pebbles patterns really makes this Art Deco fixture the style icon that she is. This stately French chandelier is marked and numbered AP for Antonin Petitot and to have found this top quality chandelier in such amazing condition, again, felt like a blessing. This striking light fixture is excellent both in design and condition and it will look great in your kitchen, dining area, reading room, bedroom etc. Mind you, this pendant too will arrive wired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the country where it will be installed and enjoyed. This stunning and finer quality Art Deco ceiling lamp was realized by glass studio Léon Auguste Hugue (Paris, 1878 – Clichy-la-Garenne, 1970) who began his career as a bronze fitter. In 1907, he established his own bronze lighting manufacturing business at 14 rue Pierre Levée. In 1913, he created a new limited partnership, "L. Hugue, fabrique de bronzes et d’appareils d’éclairage," at number 10 in the same street. The business grew, and around 1925, he set up a factory at 68 rue des Rondeaux, where he worked with the help of his son Maurice Léon, also a bronze fitter.
