About the Item
Tranquility dining table is conceived, designed and created by award-winning artist and architectural designer Michael Olshefski of Primal Modern. Inspired by nature and bonsai, this serene dining table showcases a stunning and rare old-growth fiddleback California White Oak live edge slab top. The loose stone-filled spine is conceptualized as a transformational meditative bonsai garden or stream flowing into an estuary. The aluminum legs gently fold over the table top and are trimmed in leather to provide a glass top option.
This piece is custom-made to order and can be customized in dimension, material and finish. Every piece is individually handcrafted by artist Michael Olshefski and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

A graduate of Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI- Arc) with the highest award for design excellence, Michael Olshefski reflects his architectural style in every Primal Modern work of art. His work is inspired by the ancient art and philosophy of Wabi-Sabi and minimalist modern art, architecture and design. Each museum-quality, one-of-a-kind piece is made from rare and ethically-sourced wood that is environmentally sensitive and properly prepared for indoor use.
