Vintage Black Straw Fascinator Hat With Gold Sequins

A black straw fascinator style hat with a removable gold sequin embellishment by Rosemary Peck. Two combs are attached on the inner rim for anchoring the topper in place. The removable embellishment could also be worn as a brooch. From the living estate of an amazing fashionista who was born in the 1930's and to this day would not step foot from her front door without lipstick and high heels.
CONDITION
The straw hat is in good condition with a little wear at the holes where the removable sequin embellishment attaches. The sequin embellishment or brooch is also in good condition with a little patina to the straight pin.
MEASUREMENTS
The hat measures 16.25" circumference at the inner rim. The crown has a 2" rise with 4.25" to the center crown. The sequin embellished brooch measures 3.5" wide x 6" long.
