Chic Anne Marie Beretta 2 Toned Cotton Poplin Draped Coat from the 1980's. Known for her mastery of draping in non traditional textiles and famed for her amazing coats and outerwear as the design director of Max Mara for decades.
Cut in a large kimono form, tan poplin completely lined in darker toned khaki brown poplin. The sleeves can be cuffed up to be seen or worn super long in tan outer tone. Pockets are also lined in khaki.
Neckline has one inner self snap closure as well as a draped cascade which pulls through a wood ring. There are no other closures. Striking strong shape with light shoulder pads, a classic elegant Beretta form. Size 40 France. 1980's France.
