A Parisian Paisley Cashmere Moon Shawl With Signature French Circa 1860

Circa 1860 France Paris A square cashmere Paisley shawl with extremely fine weaving in 6 colors, cut-throw weaving dating from the Second Empire. Unidentified signature of Frédéric Hébert type, who was the most renowned Parisian shawl maker of the Second Empire. The signature in one corner indicates LW, possibly from the Lion Frères manufactory in Paris. Few micro moth holes, without compromising the solidity of this collector's shawl, perfect for historical decoration. Very good color and condition. Dimensions: 186 cm x 185 cm
