Magnificent Work of Art Hand Embroidered Chinese Silk Peacock Evening Coat
About
Incredible vibrant handmade black silk Chinese Peacock evening coat or dress is a work of art, lavishly hand embroidered with a highly stylized array of astonishingly beautiful and boldly vivid birds, butterflies, flowers and rainbows. The back of the evening jacket or dress features a very large and fantastical preening peacock. Evening coat or dress has five frog closures with antiqued brass balls, wide sleeves and a Mandarin collar. Lined in black color silk. Unlabeled. In nearly excellent vintage condition.
